The role
As Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our CEO and wider leadership team. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and communicating with key external stakeholders. You will also serve as project manager for our global series of Regen House events (https://www.regen.house/), in partnership with leading food companies and industry organizations. You will work hand-in-hand with our Chief of Staff, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office. This role is based in our beautiful office in Stone Ridge, NY. Relocation stipend available.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
- Event Planning & Execution: Serve as project manager for HowGood’s global series of Regen House events (https://www.regen.house/), creating a space for food industry collaboration at UN conferences, the World Economic Forum, Climate Week, and beyond.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support and coordinating with cross-functional teams. In particular, expect to play a key role in the way we support global industry coalitions like the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, One Planet Business for Biodiversity, and the Consumer Goods Forum.
- Administrative Support: Handle a variety of tasks such as preparing presentations, drafting documents, and managing expenses.

The salary range for this role is $50,000–$70,000 commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including flexible PTO and 401(k) program.
